Raven Homestore Expectations
Anyone who is a Junior Sales Associate or higher are expected to complete several shifts each week. There will be activity checks conducted regularly and those who do not complete nor pass the activity checks will be demoted or potentially terminated.
As an employee of Raven Clothing Company, you serve as a representative of our company. Therefore, you are required to be welcoming and remain professional at all times. For example, when a customer enters the Raven Homestore, say the following: “Welcome to the Raven Homestore! Let me know if I can assist you with anything.”
Comply with the orders and requests given to you by an Assistant Manager or higher. Graphic Designers, Clothing Designers, and Executive Assistants do not have the authority to give out orders to anyone.
You must be dressed appropriately, such as having a realistic skin tone, body package, and clothing apparel.
Do not engage users who are trolling and instead immediately notify either a Security Officer or an Assistant Manager or higher. Interview and Training Expectations
Assistant Managers and higher are expected to complete four interview and training sessions each week. Failure to do so may result in a demotion or even termination. You are encouraged to co-host or assist in as many sessions as possible.

Meeting Expectations
Show up on-time and be prepared. It is best to review the description of the meeting and arrive a few minutes prior to the scheduled commencement.
Do not interrupt the speaker(s) of the meeting and save any questions you may have until the conclusion of the meeting, unless it is stated otherwise.
You are encouraged to participate and contribute throughout the meeting. Do not feel discouraged to share any thoughts or concerns regarding the topic being discussed.
Remain focused solely on the meeting. During the situation where you will need to leave the meeting, notify the speaker(s) of the meeting or if that is not possible, let one of the participants know prior to leaving.
Most meetings are recorded for those who missed the meeting or for future references. You will receive a reminder prior to the commencement of the meeting.
