How do I contact the AP Support Team?
We are always available to answer your questions and provide assistance with utilizing our server. You can reach out to us by direct messaging the AP Support Team account. It is pinned at the top of the member list in all channels at the Advertisement Plaza.
How do I claim a giveaway that I won?
If you won a giveaway at the Advertisement Plaza, you must direct message the Server Owner or open a support ticket through the AP Support Team to claim it. Please note: winners of giveaways only have 48 hours to claim their prizes.
How do I apply for a staff position?
We are always looking to expand our staff team! If you are active, dedicated, passionate, and willing to volunteer your spare time, we have a spot for you on our team. You can view our open positions under the #💼・hiring-staff and #📋・employment channels. If you have any questions or wish to check the status of your application, please direct message the Server Manager or open a support ticket through the AP Support Team. It may take up to 14 days for your application to be reviewed.
Do you get paid as a staff member?
Most of our staff positions are voluntary and non-payable. All of our management positions are payable except for the Community Manager position. In addition, all of our sales positions are commission-based. We offer competitive incentives, including commissions for referring individuals to purchase our services and products, receiving access to staff-only advertising channels and giveaways, discounted and even free marketing, development, moderation, and hosting services, and opportunities for promotions to various positions.
How do I appeal an infraction?
If you feel you have been incorrectly warned, muted, temporarily banned, or permanently banned from the Advertisement Plaza, you can appeal that infraction by submitting the Infraction Appeal Form. It may take up to 7 days for your appeal to be reviewed. If the infraction is overturned, you will receive a notification through Discord or email.
How do I report a user for violating the Server Guidelines, Discord Terms of Service, or the Discord Community Guidelines?
You should report all violations of the Server Guidelines, Discord Terms of Service, or the Discord Community Guidelines by opening a support ticket through the AP Support Team or submitting the User Violation Form. In addition, you should report the violation to Discord Trust & Safety.
How do I report a staff member for misconduct?
You should report all misconduct from staff members by opening a support ticket through the AP Support Team or submitting the Moderation Complaint Form. If the misconduct is severe or requires immediate attention, please direct message the Server Manager or the Server Owner.
