Why am I required to pay more Robux when compared to the price on the website?
According to our Terms and Conditions, customers are required to pay for the additional 30% taxation set by Roblox on all of our products and services. For example, if you wish to purchase a monthly subscription plan that costs 1,000 Robux, you will be required to pay 1,300 Robux because of the 30% taxation.
Can I pay with Robux through group funds?
We specifically cannot join other Roblox groups to accept payments for our products and services. You will instead be required to transfer the group funds directly to your account.
