Hey everyone! Since June 20th, 2014, I have been an active member of the Roblox community. I involved myself with the State of Rockport, [USA]The United States of America, the City of Northglenn, the State of Silverport, and the State of Firestone. I also started a handful of groups, such as the State of San Andreas, the City of Los Santos, Crunch®, and Raven Clothing Company. Both Crunch® and Raven Clothing Company were my notable projects; however, after starting college last year, I abandoned all of my groups due to the lack of time and interest. According to the Roblox Terms of Use, users are prohibited from selling groups on the platform. Since I am still involved in the Roblox community, I do not wish to violate the rules and receive a suspension from my account. Because of this rule, I will only sell clothing templates from each of my groups. Please do not ask if you can purchase any of my owned groups! Our Interview Guide has been created to assist both leadership and management members regarding the operations and procedures of interview sessions within Raven Clothing Company. Anyone is welcomed to read through our interview guide as it may help you through the process of becoming an employee of our clothing company. ▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬▬ General Guidelines: Anyone who is an Assistant Manager or higher are authorized to host interview sessions. Interview sessions are only to occur during the scheduled timeslots, unless otherwise approved by either the Chief People Officer, Chief Operations Officer, or the Chief Executive Officer. There may not be no more than one co-host, which is chosen by the host of the interview session. Staff Assistants and Senior Sales Associates may assist during interview sessions if they received permission to do so from the host of the interview session. Ratio of interviewers and assistants to interviewees should be one to five. There should not be more than a total of three Security Officers; however, the host of the interview session may request additional Security Officers if deemed as necessary. Premium Customer Once someone purchases at least 100 Robux in merchandise from Raven Clothing Company, they will receive the Premium Customer rank after direct messaging an Assistant Manager or higher. Security Officer This rank is reserved for employees of Seacrest Security Services. Trainee After passing an interview session, individuals will receive the rank of Trainee. They must complete a training session prior to receiving the rank of Junior Sales Associate and being eligible to work at the Raven Homestore. Junior Sales Associate Once a Trainee completes a training session, they will receive a promotion to the rank of Junior Sales Associate. Junior Sales Associates are tasked with greeting and assisting customers, in addition to attending at least three shifts every week. Sales Associate Similarly to a Junior Sales Associate, Sales Associates are tasked with greeting and assisting customers; however, they may also work behind the customer service counter. Senior Sales Associate Senior Sales Associates are tasked with supervising the homestore. Additionally, they can assist in both interview and training sessions with permission from the host of the session. Staff Assistant As the entry rank of management, Staff Assistants are tasked with supervising associates and assisting in both interview and training sessions with permission from the host of the session. Assistant Manager Assistant Managers are tasked with hosting both interview and training sessions. They may promote and demote individuals, in addition to ensuring associates are following the Code of Conduct. General Manager Similarly to an Assistant Manager, General Managers are tasked with hosting both interviews and training sessions; however, they ensure both associates and customers remain active. Corporate Associate Corporate Associates are employees of our internal departments, including the Finance Department, Marketing Department, Public Relations Department, and the Retail Department. Graphic Designer Graphic Designers are tasked with creating graphics for our newsletters, social media accounts, and websites. Clothing Designer Clothing Designers are tasked with creating both trendy and high quality clothing apparel for our group store. Executive Assistant Executive Assistants are tasked with assisting those apart of the leadership team. Each Executive is allowed to have no more than a total of four Executive Assistants. They may not assist in both interview or training sessions, unless the host of the session is a Chief Retail Officer or higher. Chief Security Officer The Chief Security Officer is tasked with ensuring the Raven Homestore and other store locations are free from violators in order to provide a welcoming environment for both our customers and employees. Chief Design Officer The Chief Design Officer is tasked with managing our clothing designers and other employees of the Design Department. They work closely with the Chief Marketing Officer and the Chief Retail Officer to ensure both trendy and high quality clothing are uploaded frequently to the group store. Chief Retail Officer The Chief Retail Officer is tasked with managing the layout of the Raven Homestore and other store locations. They work closely with the Chief Executive Officer and the Chief Operations Officer to established additional locations and maintain our eCommerce presence. Chief Communications Officer The Chief Communications Officer is tasked with organizing various types of events, operating our social media accounts, and managing the affiliation program. Chief Marketing Officer The Chief Marketing Officer is tasked with planning, developing, and executing our marketing and advertising initiatives that will increase our sales and awareness. Chief People Officer The Chief People Officer is tasked with managing both interview and training sessions. Additionally, they ensure the company has enough active employees in order to operate both efficiently and effectively. Chief Operations Officer The Chief Operations Officer is tasked with assisting the Chief Executive Officer with properly operating and managing the entire company. Oftentimes, the Chief Operations Officer creates decisions on behalf of the Chief Executive Officer if they are on a Leave of Absence. Chief Executive Officer The Chief Executive Officer is tasked with properly operating and managing the entire company. Additionally, you cannot create an account in order to impersonate another person. 10. Advertising is strictly prohibited; however, you may advertise anything of Raven Clothing Company. 11. Everyone is required to follow the Roblox Terms of Use and Roblox Community Guidelines.
